Citizenship by Investment is a trend that has already taken off in recent years. As the world economy becomes more globalized and yet more unstable, the demand for new citizenships from neutral countries is sure to skyrocket.
The Citizenship Summit 2016 is your chance to gain practical on-island experience that you can impart to inspire your clients. You can help your clients take a big step towards greater personal liberty, while adding a valuable service to your portfolio and profits to your bottom line.
There is simply no substitute for seeing the islands with your own eyes and meeting the people behind the programmes face to face. This is your chance.
Maybe you are already familiar with Citizenship by Investment opportunities… but how convincing can you and your sales people really be, when offering clients something you have not experienced yourselves?
NTL Citizenship Summit is your chance to:
- Familiarize yourself and your staff with the islands and the real estate you are promoting.
- Meet industry insiders, government officials, authorized persons, politicians, developers, bankers etc.
- Network in a relaxed, informal environment with colleagues who are flying in from around the world to enjoy winter Caribbean sun.
- Explore new business opportunities.
High Net Worth Individuals
If you are thinking of applying for the Caribbean Citizenship Programme, there is no substitute for visiting the islands yourself and spending some time on the ground. The Citizenship Summit is your ideal chance to do this.
You will gain a much more in-depth understanding of the islands, the programmes offered, and a chance to visit the various approved investment projects to see them with your own eyes.
You will also have a chance to submit your application in person to an authorized agent. This can save a lot of time and hassle as you can do required notarizations, medical tests, etc.
With a population of around 110,000 on the island of 344 km2 (133 mi2), the ‘Island of Spice’ is one of the most beautifully lush islands in the West Indies. Naturally exotic, Grenada’s breathtaking scenery includes mountain waterfalls and golden beaches surrounded by tropical rain forests, which is appealing even to the most discerning world traveller. This mix of unspoiled authentic Caribbean of yesteryear and friendly, modern lifestyle today, makes it the perfect place to live and play. In summer 2013, Grenada re-established its long running Citizenship by Investment Programme.
One of the most naturally beautiful places in the world, this volcanically active island located in the lesser Antilles is known as the “Nature Isle of the Caribbean,” and is largely covered by thick rainforest and spotted with hot “sulphur” springs. Averaging only 50,000 visitors per year, tourism is still in its infancy in Dominica, where the principal economic generator continues to be in the agricultural sector. If you enjoy adventure and an active lifestyle, then Dominica may be for you. Although there are some great “boutique” style hotels, do not expect to find 5-star service or pampering on this island.
Created as a stimulus for domestic economic growth in 1993, the Citizenship by Investment Programme of Dominica is one of the most affordable legal programmes available to the global community.
The Antiguan coastline is peppered with numerous coves and bays, many with beautiful white sand beaches. Barbuda, a low lying coral island located 32 miles North of Antigua is sparsely populated and encompasses an expansive lagoon, which is bound by a long undeveloped beach. This English-speaking nation has been a tourism hub in the Caribbean since the 1970’s. This West Indies tourist hub features some of the world's best beaches. The Citizenship by Investment Programme was approved in 2013. With a new airport terminal scheduled to open within the year to accommodate the many daily flights from Europe and the Americas, tourism development is projected to be the principal economy of the islands.
The Summit events are a well balanced mix of presentations, island sight seeing, and development tours. There is plenty of time to enjoy the Caribbean lifestyle and the natural beauty of the islands.
